The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and the nature of your challenges. Some clients see progress in 6–8 sessions, while others benefit from ongoing therapy over several months or more.
Yes, counseling is confidential. Therapists are bound by ethical guidelines to keep your information private. However, there are exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others or legal requirements.
